B2Simple LLC (“B2Simple”, “we”, “us”) is a marketing agency based in Gainesville, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we will and will not do with it.

Mobile messaging — the short version

We send text messages only to people who have given us permission. Messages are operational: something on your account needs your attention or approval. Message frequency variesand depends on activity on your account — typically a few messages per week, and never more than a handful per day. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or email b2simpleco@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full messaging terms are on our SMS Terms page.

What we collect

Name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to tell us through a form, an email, or a conversation. If you are a client, we also hold the business information needed to do the work — account access you grant us, photos and video you send us, and records of the work we perform.

Why we collect it

To answer you, to do the work you hired us for, to send you the operational messages described above, and to keep records required for tax and legal purposes. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business — for example our email, hosting, scheduling and messaging providers — and only to the extent required to deliver the service. They are bound to use it for that purpose alone. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are excluded from all sharing without exception. We disclose information otherwise only when required by law.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a client, and after that for as long as tax and legal record keeping requires. You can ask us to delete anything not subject to those obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for messages at any time. Email b2simpleco@gmail.com and a real person will answer.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes affecting messaging will be communicated to anyone enrolled before they take effect.
