What the program is
B2Simple LLC sends operational account notifications by text message. A message tells you that something on your account needs your attention or approval — work that is finished and waiting for your sign-off, a customer enquiry that has not been answered yet, or a scheduled job that failed.
This is not a marketing program. We do not send offers, discounts, promotions, coupons or advertising by text.
Who receives messages
The account holder, and B2Simple LLC clients who are under a signed service agreement and who have given express consent. We do not message anyone who has not asked us to, and we never message a client’s own customers from this program.
How you opt in
Verbally, during your onboarding call. We ask you out loud: “We would like to send you text messages from B2 Simple Marketing about your account — work that is ready for your approval, questions we need answered, and alerts if something on your website or listing breaks. Message frequency varies, usually two to ten messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to stop. Do you agree to receive text messages from B2 Simple Marketing at this mobile number?” Only a yes enrolls you. Your answer, your name and the date are recorded against your account before we send anything, and we send you a confirmation text. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on activity on your account. Typically a few messages per week.
Cost
B2Simple does not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop. You will get one confirmation, and nothing after that.

Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes — ever. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
